Scope of Work:

The project included building a 3 Floor addition to an existing assisted living facility.  The work included rerouting existing utilities prior to excavation of the new addition.  Installing a new service to the addition, replacing the existing natural gas generator with diesel and installing your typical assisted living systems: normal and EM power, lighting, lighting controls, tele/data, nurse call, security, card access, fire alarm and AV.
